Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
When the purchase amount of the product is huge, the bank card issuer may check with you for safety. During the verification process, if an abnormal order is deemed to be stolen or misappropriated in the name of another person, the order may be reserved or canceled at will.

Non-discount remittances can be remitted directly to the goods through PC banking, online banking, mobile banking or to the nearest branch.
The name of the remitter and the actual remitter entered at the time of purchase should be consistent, and the remittance within 7 days. If the payment is overdue, the order will be automatically canceled.

    • Delivery instructions: remote areas or islands may need to pay delivery fees.
    • The goods purchased by the customer will be shipped immediately after the payment is successful. Depending on the product type, there may be delays in the delivery of the product.

Returns & Exchanges
Circumstances that products can be returned
-Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. However, if the home appliance product has been opened or the packaging is damaged, resulting in the loss of the value of the product, return and exchange are not supported.
-When the content of the goods and services received by the customer is inconsistent or nonconforming with the content of the advertisement displayed, within 3 months from the date of receipt, and within 30 days from the date of knowing the fact.

Circumstances that products cannot be returned
-When the goods disappear or are damaged due to the customer's reason except where the packing is damaged for confirming the contents of the goods etc.
-When the package has been opened or damaged, resulting in the loss of value of the goods
(for example: household appliances, food, records, etc. However, when the notebook computer with LCD screen, LCD display, digital camera, etc. apply for return / exchange due to poor pixels, the regulations of each manufacturer shall prevail.)
-When the customer has used or used part of the goods, resulting in a significant decline in the value of the goods. However, cosmetics are only available for trial use.
-After a period of time, it is difficult to continue to sell, resulting in a significant decline in the value of commodities
-When the packaging of reproducible goods is damaged

※When the customer changes his mind and needs to replace or return the goods, the customer shall bear the return cost.
(including color change, size change, etc.)
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
